Clear thinking starts outside.

For teams who need space to think, reset and reconnect. Curated corporate wellbeing days in Mid Wales.

Your team is capable of better. They just need different conditions.

Most team days do not work because they are still operating in the same dynamic -  just in a different postcode. Same people, same friction, same unspoken conversations. We take teams outside.

Into a landscape that does not ask anything of them except to be present.

The result is better conversations, clearer decisions, and a reset that carries beyond Monday morning.

What the day looks like

Each day is designed with your team in mind. We do not run identical programmes — we talk to you first and build around your people, your goals and your current situation. The structure below is the typical shape we work from.

Morning - Arrival & guided activity

You arrive at the start point, meet the group, and get a proper welcome and safety briefing. Then we move. A guided outdoor activity — walking through the Cambrian Mountains or a curated cycling route, depending on the group. We move together at the group’s pace. Conversation happens naturally. The landscape does most of the work.

Midday - Local food and space

A proper sit-down lunch with food from a Mid Wales supplier. Time to decompress, talk without agenda, and eat something to support the afternoons activity.

Afternoon

The afternoons sessions can be a continuation of the mornings adventurous outdoor activities, or a combination of holistic wellbeing sessions, like yoga, breathe work, sound bath, and other holistic treatments.
